A. Wetlands Application # 2023-0681 submitted by Mac Bros LLC on behalf of Hunton Creek Improvement Assoc. This request is to replace older 240'X3' wooden bulkhead with new 240'X5' vinyl bulhead and maintenance dredge of channel within the Wetlands Board’s jurisdiction. The proposed project is located on Hunton Creek, at Tax Map Parcel # 40-9-5. Hunton Creek
B. Wetlands Application # 2023-1137 submitted by Mark Sowers. This request is to replace three existing timber groins with three new, low profile grions within the Wetlands Board’s jurisdiction. The proposed project is located on the Piankatank River, at Tax Map Parcel # 43(5)7A. 383 Twiggs Ferry Rd.

Public Hearing Order:

1. Presentation of Application by Staff.
2. Presentation by Applicant.
3. Chairman opens the Hearing for comments from the public.

C. All comments and/or remarks will be addressed to the Wetlands Board, not to the audience or the applicant.
D. Comments from individuals – allowed three (3) minutes each.
E. Comments from speaker(s) representing a group:
i. Must represent four (4) or more individuals;
ii. Individuals must stand and acknowledge that they are being represented by the speaker and that they forfeit their individual time to speak;
iii. Are allowed 12 minutes to make their presentation(s)
4. Chairman closes hearing for comments from public.
5. Questions and discussion by Board members.
