PUBLIC NOTICE

The Wetlands Board of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 7, 2024 at 3:30 P.M. in the Sixth Floor Conference Room of City Hall, 801 Crawford Street, Portsmouth, Virginia.

JPA 20232539: W.F. Magann Corporation proposes to perform dredging and construct a 150-foot wave screen at 3106 West Norfolk Road. The property is owned by W.F. Magann Corporation and is further described as Tax Map 700, Parcel 1.3. The subject project is located along the Western Branch of the Elizabeth River.

Information relative to the meeting proceedings is available for inspection in the Planning Department (757) 393-8836, 4^th floor of City Hall, 801 Crawford Street, Portsmouth, Virginia. Agenda packets are forthcoming closer to the meeting date.
