PUBLIC NOTICE

A public hearing will be held by the Virginia Resources Commission (VMRC) beginning at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, January 23, 2024, to consider an application submitted by CSX Transportation Inc. and Virginia Passenger Rail Authority (VMRC #23-2504) requesting a permit from the Virginia Marine Resources Commission to install three (3) cubic yards of riprap within vegetated wetlands associated with the construction of a culvert outlet pad at Roaches Run in Arlington County.
