A. Wetlands Application # 2023-2118 submitted by Elaine C. Shepherd Trust. This request is to install a 40' stone spur, sand nourishment to help existing vegetation, and sand nourishment with plantings behind existing sills within the Wetlands Board’s jurisdiction. The proposed project is located on the Piankatank River, at Tax Map Parcel # 44-2-21. 1151 Wilton Creek Road
B. Wetlands Application # 2023-2149 submitted by Bayshore Design on behalf of Harrison Cottage, LLC. This request is to construct 40' & 70' Armor Stone Spurs, 150' Armor Stone Sill, Three 60' low-profile vinyl groins, dredge 1150 CY of sand and place on landward side of spurs/sills, and plant 8000 SF of beach nourishment area with wetlands vegetation within the Wetlands Board’s jurisdiction. The proposed project is located on the Piankatank River, at Tax Map Parcel # 41-32-3A, 4A & 5A. 1254 Stove Point Rd.
C. Wetlands Application # 2023-2293 submitted by Deerchase Park Beach Assoc. C/O Rick Bowman. This request is to replace existing pier in same footprint within the Wetlands Board’s jurisdiction. The proposed project is located on the Piankatank River, at Tax Map Parcel # 36A-1-9A & B.
D. Wetlands Application # 2023-2371 submitted by Leanrdo Alves. This request is for 12' extension of rip rap revetment to property line, 25' Stone Spur, sand nourishment on existing beach, plantings along top edge of sand nourishment, and repair and restack of existing revetment South of pier within the Wetlands Board’s jurisdiction. The proposed project is located on the Piankatank River, at Tax Map Parcel # 44(2)22. 1117 Wilton Creek Rd

ii. Individuals must stand and acknowledge that they are being represented by the speaker and that they forfeit their individual time to speak;
iii. Are allowed 12 minutes to make their presentation(s)
