PUBLIC NOTICE

A public hearing will be held by the Virginia Resources Commission (VMRC) beginning at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, December 5, 2023, to consider an application submitted by Northern Neck Marine Construction Inc. (VMRC #23-2014) to install a 214 linear foot riprap revetment, aligned landward of mean low water, adjacent to the James River at 12100 Ganesh Lane in Chesterfield County.
