A. Wetlands Application # 2023-1195 submitted by Allen Potts, Jr. This request is to remove failing vinyl bulkhead, replace with new 150'x4' vinyl bulkhead in same footprint with minimal backfill of sand. Replace (3) 36' timber groins and two spurs, and install one new spur all vinyl within the Wetlands Board’s jurisdiction. The proposed project is located on Fishing Bay, at Tax Map Parcel # 46(6)51. 267 Stove Point Rd
B. Wetlands Application # 2023-1742 submitted by Jane Covington. This request is to install a 155'X4' bulkhead 2’ infront of existing and backfill behind wall within the Wetlands Board’s jurisdiction. The proposed project is located on Fishing Bay, at Tax Map Parcel # 46(5)36. 443 Stove Point Rd

Public Hearing Order

3. Chairman opens the Hearing for comments from the public.

B. Each speaker or individual will be given one opportunity to speak.
C. All comments and/or remarks will be addressed to the Wetlands Board, not to the audience or the applicant.
D. Comments from individuals – allowed three (3) minutes each.
E. Comments from speaker(s) representing a group:
i. Must represent four (4) or more individuals;
ii. Individuals must stand and acknowledge that they are being represented by the speaker and that they forfeit their individual time to speak;
iii. Are allowed 12 minutes to make their presentation(s)
4. Chairman closes hearing for comments from public.
5. Questions and discussion by Board members.
