NORFOLK WETLAND BOARD PUBLIC NOTICE

The Norfolk Wetlands Board will convene a public hearing on Wednesday, October 11^th, 2023 at 1:00 pm in City Council Chambers, 11th Floor of City Hall to consider the following permit applications:

Lamont D Maddox  #23-1932: Installation of a rip rap revetment and living shoreline to impact vegetated and non-vegetated wetlands located at 5303 Halter Lane on the Elizabeth River.   

John A Arroyo III  #23-2093: Installation of a chain link fence to impact vegetated and non-vegetated wetlands located at 8721 Commodore Drive in Mason Creek.    

All interested parties are invited to attend the hearing and offer comment. Written comments to be entered into the official record may be presented during the hearing or directed to our office prior to the hearing date.
