Caden Energix Piney River LLC (Project No. RE0000154) has withdrawn its notice of intent to submit the necessary documentation for a 50 MW permit by rule (PBR) for a small renewable energy project (solar) in Amherst County, Virginia pursuant to 9VAC15-60. The original notice of intent was published in Volume 36, Issue 18 of the Virginia Register on April 27,2020.
