Michaux Solar LLC has withdrawn its notice of intent to submit the necessary documentation for a permit by rule for a small renewable energy project (solar) in Pittsylvania and Henry Counties, Virginia pursuant to 9VAC15-60. The original notice of intent was published in Volume 37, Issue 18 of the Virginia Register on April 26, 2021.
