Endless Caverns North Notice of Intent - Small Renewable Energy Project (Solar) - RE0000227

Caden Energix Endless Caverns, LLC,  has provided the Department of Environmental Quality a notice of intent to submit the necessary documents for a permit by rule for a small renewable energy project (solar), Endless Caverns North, in Rockingham County pursuant to Virginia Regulation 9VAC15-60. Endless Caverns North will be located southeast of the town of New Market, west of Mountain Valley Road, north of Hulings Ln, south of Craney Island Rd. Latitude and longitude coordinates are as follows: 38.613897, -78.678663. The proposed project is an approximately 15.68 megawatt (“MW”)  alternative current (“AC”) photovoltaic (“PV”) ground-mounted solar facility. The footprint area of the Project is approximately 354.996 acres. The solar array is comprised of solar PV modules and will use approximately 42,852 PV solar panels.
