Two Oaks Solar, has provided the Department of Environmental Quality a notice of intent to submit the necessary documentation for a permit by rule for a small renewable energy project (solar) in Louisa County pursuant to Virginia Regulation 9VAC15-60. Two Oaks Solar will be located in in the community of Mineral in Louisa County to the north of Davis Hwy and in between Chalklevel and Chopping roads. Latitude 38.035399° - Longitude -77.944230°. The Project will be constructed on 1234 acres of property and produce 118 MW using approximately 350,520 panels.
