Strata Solar has withdrawn the notice of intent submitted to the Department of Environmental Quality for a permit by rule for the Bookers Mill Solar, LLC - RE0000170 small renewable energy project (solar) pursuant to 9VAC15-60. The original notice of intent was published in the Virginia Register on July 20, 2020. (Note: a new Notice of Intent for this project has been submitted by Virginia Electric and Power Company d/b/a Dominion Energy - RE0000196) and will be published in the Virginia Register on April 12, 2021)
