The Department of Environmental Quality has updated the listing of Guidance Documents. While most of the changes are insignificant (deletion of duplicates or outdated documents), there are three guidance documents which have been added. They are:

The guidance also provides for the storage, shipping, recycling, or disposal of mercury switches removed from vehicles. This guidance will be replaced by regulations to be considered for final adoption by the Virginia Waste Management Board at their meeting on
