Winterpock Solar I, LLC, Cypress Creek Renewables has provided the Department of Environmental Quality a notice of intent to submit the necessary documentation for a permit by rule for a small renewable energy project (photovoltaic solar) in Chesterfield County, pursuant to Virginia Code regulation 9VAC-15-60. The proposed Winterpock Solar I project will be a 20 MWac photovoltaic solar facility on portions of four parcels, totaling approximately 250 acres. The project is proposed to be located south of River Road and east of Eppes Falls Road in Chesterfield County.
