The Board of Education intends to review and revise the English Language Proficiency Standards of Learning. Public comment and public hearings will be held in October and November 2006, with final adoption by the Board of Educaiton expected in the spring of 2007. The dates, locations, and times of the public hearings will be announced in advance. The proposed revisions may be viewed at the following Web site:
