The Department of Environmental Quality has received a withdrawal of a notice of intent to submit the necessary documentation for a permit by rule for a small renewable energy solar project located within the city limits of Chesapeake. The Notice of Intent appeared in the Virginia Register of Regulations on May 2, 2016.
