Ladybug Solar, LLC has withdrawn the notice of intent to pursue a permit by rule for the proposed 65 MW AC photovoltaic solar facility to be located on
approximately 500 acres in Bracey in Mecklenburg County. The notice of intent to submit was originally published in the Virginia Register of Regulations on November 27, 2017.
