| Purpose of the meeting The board will hear and approve minutes of the last meeting and the presentation of the board's financial statement. The board will discuss and consider programs (promotion, research, and education), the annual budget, and other business that may be presented. The board will entertain public comment at the conclusion of all other business for a period not to exceed 30 minutes.
