| Purpose of the meeting To entertain public comment on 18 VAC 120-30; Regulations Governing Polygraph Examiners. The meeting will be open to receive comments on proposed amendments to current regulations to reflect statutory changes, industry changes, and changes suggested by licensees and the public. Persons desiring to participate in the hearing and requiring special accommodations or interpretation services should contact the Department at 804-367-2785 prior to this meeting so that suitable arrangements may be made for appropriate accommodations. The Department complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act. | ||
