| Purpose of the meeting Secure services and non-secure services Committees meet at 9 AM to receive certification audit reports of several residential and non-residential programs. The full Board meets at 10 AM to take action on the certification reports; receive public comments on the proposed revisions to the Length of Stay Guidelines (Virginia Code Sections 16.1-285 and 66-10); review the proposed Standards for Interdepartmental Regulation of Children's Residential Facilities [CORE] (22-VAC 42-10), Regulations Governing Mental Health Services Transition Plans for Incarcerated Juveniles (6 VAC 35-180), and Regulations Governing Juvenile Work Release Programs (6 VAC 35-190); and hear other such business as comes before the Board. | |
