| Purpose of the meeting Secure services and non-secure services committees meet at 9AM to receive certification audit reports of several residential and non-residential programs. The full Board meets at 10AM to take action on the certification reports; receive public comments on proposed revisions to the Board's Public Participation Guidelines; hear presentations on mental health records, length-of-stay guidelines, gangs, disproportionate minority confinement, Annie E. Casey Foundation, and other business that comes before the Board. | |||
