| Purpose of the meeting A meeting open to the public to discuss general business matters requiring Board action. However, portions of the meeting may be held in closed session, pursuant to ยง2.2-3711 of the Code of Virginia. The Board intends to consider final adoption of amendments to 2 VAC 20-40, Rules and Regulations Governing Licensing of Pesticide Businesses Operating Under Authority of the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services Operating Under the Authority of the Virginia Pesticide Control Act. The Board will entertain public comment at the conclusion of all other business for a period not to exceed 30 minutes. Any person who needs any accommodation in order to participate at the meeting should contact the designated contact person identified in this notice at least five days before the meeting date, so that suitable arrangements can he made for any appropriate accommodation. | |||
