Full Board meets at 10:00 AM to take certification action and to hear comments from the public on proposed changes to regulations governing juvenile residential facilities.

Amend the regulation to provide standards for post-dispositional detention in accordance with the 2000 Appropriations Act, item 476.A.3. Also, to reinstate certain historical standards that conform closely to nationally accepted standards.
