| Purpose of the meeting A meeting open to the public to discuss general business matters requiring Board action. However, portions of the meeting may be held in closed session, pursuant to ยง2.2-3711 of the Code of Virginia. The board will discuss proposed amendments to 2 VAC 20-51-10 through 2 VAC 20-51-210, Regulations Governing Pesticide Applicator Certification Under the Authority of Virginia Pesticide Control Act. The board will entertain public comment at the conclusion of all other business for a period not to exceed 30 minutes. Any person who needs any accommodation in order to participate at the meeting should contact the person identified in this notice at least five days before the meeting date, so that suitable arrangements can be made for any appropriate accommodation. | |||
