| Purpose of the meeting Secure services committe and non-secure services committee meet at 9:00 am to receive certification audit reports; full Board meets at 10:00 am to take certification actions; approve VJCCCA local plans, approve issuing PROPOSED changes to Interdepartmental Standards for Children's Residential Facilities. NOTE:Because the meeting is being held in the secure part of the facility, weapons of any kind are not permitted in the building. Keys will have to be left at the front desk when the visitor’s pass is issued. Umbrellas will have to be left at the front door (lockers are available as well). Boxes and briefcases have to be screened, and everyone will have to pass through a metal detector. When checking in, a photo ID has to be left at the front desk with personal keys in exchange for a visitor’s pass. | |
