| Purpose of the meeting A meeting open to the public to discuss general business matters requiring board action. However, portions of the meeting may be held in closed session, pursuant to subsection 2.2-3711 of the Code of Virginia. The board will take action to adopt the final version of the amendments to 2 VAC 20-30, Regulations Governing the Pesticide Fees Charged by the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services under the Authority of the Virginia Pesticide Control Act. The board will entertain public comment at the beginning of the meeting on all other business for a period not to exceed 30. Any person who needs any accommodation in order to participate at the meeting should contact the person identified in this notice at least five days before the meeting date so that suitable arrangements can be made for any appropriate accommodation. | |||
