| Purpose of the meeting The Virginia Department of Conservation and Recreation Master Planning team will review the master planning process and present the draft master for Southwest Virginia Museum Historical State Park to the public for discussion and comment. The master plan is the long-range plan for infrastructure, amenities, roads, funding and staffing at the park and will be updated every 10 years. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet DCR staff involved in the Master Planning efforts, ask questions about the process, and provide feedback. Additional information will be posted at https://www.dcr.virginia.gov/recreational-planning/sw-masterplan as it becomes available. | |
