| Purpose of the meeting To meet elements contained within HB2026, the State Forester shall develop, in coordination with the Department of Environmental Quality and relevant stakeholders a life-cycle carbon analysis of biomass use that includes all carbon emissions, including supply chain emissions, forgone sequestration, and the emissions from burning biomass resources for electricity generation.
