| Purpose of the meeting Pursuant to ยง 22.1-361 of the Code of Virginia, the Virginia Council on the Interstate Compact on Educational Opportunity for Military Children will convene on Wednesday, November 10, 2021, at 10 a.m. in the 22nd Floor Conference Room of the James Monroe Building located at 101 North 14th Street Richmond, Virginia 23219. The meeting will also be livestreamed on the VDOE YouTube Channel at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCrbxl9wHScrWKWIEoUWNIfQ/videos. The purpose of this meeting is to transact the business statutorily required or necessary to continue the work of assisting the easing the education transition of the children of military families into school as a result of frequent moves and deployment of their parents. Oral public comment will be welcomed. Please submit requests to be included among the public wishing to speak and or written comments to Dan Dunham via email at dan.dunham@doe.virginia.gov no later than 4:00PM on November 9, 2021.
