| Purpose of the meeting The main packet is 45 pages. Regulatory Business: 1. Recommendation for initiation of an emergency/NOIRA for: A. Emergency/NOIRA: Regulations for Childrens Residential Facilities, 12VAC35-46: QRTP. B. Initiate Periodic Review: 12 VAC 35-105 Rules and Regulations For Licensing Providers by the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services. NOTE: Committee meetings will be held from 8:30 a.m. - 9:25 a.m. before the start of the regular board meeting on September 29th. The Policy and Evaluation Committee has a separate log in as noted in the packet. • Verbal public comment will be received early in the meeting (see agenda for specific time). It is preferred that persons wishing to give comment submit an email to ruthanne.walker@dbhds.virginia.gov no later than 800 a.m. on September 29, 2021, indicating that they wish to provide a brief verbal comment. As the names of these individuals are announced at the beginning of the public comment period, three minutes of comment may be offered.
