Purpose of the meeting
The purpose of the meeting is to accept public comments on the proposed Certification Requirements for Mineral Miners, 4 VAC 25-35. Special accommodations for the disabled will be made available at the public hearing on request. Anyone needing special accommodations should contact the Department of Mines, Minerals, and Energy by September 18, 2003.
