| Purpose of the meeting NOTE: This hearing originally scheduled for March 5, 2015, but was cancelled due to inclement weather. --In compliance with the grant application process requirements for federal funding of early intervention services under 34 CFR§303.208(b), DBHDS will hold a public hearing to receive comment on The Emergency Regulations Requirements for Virginia Early Intervention System. The proposed changes to 12 VAC35-225 are intended to ensure that the state remains in compliance with federal mandates and may be viewed at this link http://register.dls.virginia.gov/details.aspx?id=4755. Copies are available upon request. Comment will be received until 4 p.m. | |||
