| Purpose of the meeting The board will conduct its normal quarterly meeting from October 16 to October 17, 2002. The Board will tour various locations in and about Nelson County to observe pesticide management on October 16 beginning at 10:00 a.m. Portions of the meeting may be held in closed session, pursuant to ยง2.2-3711 of the Code of Virginia. The board will entertain public comment at the beginning of all other business for a period not to exceed 30 minutes on October 17. Any person who needs any accommodation in order to participate at the meeting should contact the person identified in this notice at least five days before the meeting date so that suitable arrangements can be made. | |
