| Purpose of the meeting The purpose of the meeting is to discuss current issues of the Virginia Racing Commission. There will also be an appeal hearing for trainer Dean Eckley before the regular meeting commences. The meeting on Janaury 21, 2014 was cut short due to State offices being closed for a forcast of snow and this meeting is a continuation of the meeting that was held on the 21st. | |
