| Purpose of the meeting The Pesticide Control Board will tour the Eastern Shore Nursery of Virginia located at 29465 Beacon Road, Keller, VA starting at 9:00 a.m. The tour will include an aerial pesticide application demonstration and a worker protection training session. The Board will hold its normal quarterly meeting at 12:30 p.m. at the Eastern Shore of Virginia Chamber of Commerce. Portions of the meeting may be held in closed session, pursuant to ยง2.2-3711 of the Code of Virginia. The Board will entertain public comment at the beginning of the meeting on all other business for a period not to exceed 30 minutes. Any person who needs any accommodations in order to participate in the meeting should contact the person identified in this notice least five (5) days before the meeting date, so that suitable arrangements can be made for any appropriate accommodation. | |
