| Purpose of the meeting The Ad Hoc Committee will consider the agency’s current policy on the release of the filed complaint form used to lodge a complaint against a licensee of one of the health regulatory boards. This includes any attachments to the form provided by the source in lodging the complaint. The focus is the release of these documents to the subject of the complaint, upon request, and only by the Enforcement Division while the case is under investigation. It does not pertain to release of such documents by the health regulatory boards. | ||
