| Purpose of the meeting The Coal Mine Safety Board will meet to review the Board of Coal Mine Examiners Certification Requirements, 4 VAC 25-20. This is a periodic regulatory review as required under Executive Order 25 (98). The Board will also review stockpile regulations currently under development. An interpreter for the hearing impaired is available upon request. | |
