| Purpose of the meeting The first of two public hearing to receive comments on 2009 provisions for the Virginia Certification Standards, Statewide Fire Prevention Code, Uniform Statewide Building Code, Manufactured Home Safety Regulations, Industrial Building Safety Regulations and Virginia Amusement Device Regulations. This first public hearing is for general comments on proposed regulation development. A second public hearing will be held later to receive comments on specific provisions of the proposed regulations. | |||||||||||||
