| Purpose of the meeting A public hearing on proposed amendments to the nutrient wasteload allocations for Merck WWTP and the Frederick-Winchester Service Authority Opequon WRF contained in the Water Quality Management Planning Regulation (9 VAC 25-720). The proposal appears in the Virginia Register of Regulations on May 26, 2008. The public comment period begins on May 26, 2008 and ends on July 25, 2008. An informal question and answer period will be held 1/2 hour before the public hearing. | ||
