Summary The DBVI Orientation and Mobility Procedure Manual exists to provide agency employees, individuals who are blind, vision impaired, or deafblind who are eligible or potentially eligible, and external stakeholders with clear and concise guidance pertaining to agency internal policies, procedures, and business practices concerning orientation and mobility services. Policies are developed in compliance with relevant state and federal statutes, regulations, policies, and procedures.
