The 2017 Virginia Tax Amnesty Program was created by the 2017 session of the General Assembly as Item 3-5.17 of the Appropriation Act (2017 Acts of Assembly, ch. 836) and House Bill 2246 and Senate Bill 1438 (2017 Acts of Assembly, ch. 53 and 433). |
