The schedule was adopted at the 2005 Commission meeting. The case decision from application 07-1230 was use to set the royalty rate for aquaculture structures. There was no action to update the royalty schedule adopted in 2005 when the case was heard. The date at the end represent when staff added the royalty for aquaculture to the schedule. |
