On 9/15/2025 the board requested that this
emergency stage be extended until 5/4/2026.
Reason for Extension:
The action that permanently places the emergency language into regulation is currently in the proposed stage under review at the secretary's office and is unlikely to complete executive branch review before the emergency regulations expire. The OAG took 10 months to review the proposed stage of the action, which significantly slowed down its progress. Pending HHR review, the Board is likely to vote on the proposed stage action at their December 5th meeting.
This emergency extension request was approved by the Governor's office on 9/30/2025.
