Happening anyway?

After multiple negative comments about residency requirments for Virginia Auxiliary grant program it seems it's going in place anyway?

Whats the point in having public comments.Im sure the pros outweigh the cons.

Has the State done an actual cost on this or is this just a flex a muscle sound good item for the regulators .

This is a picky item. Its a pure out false statement stateing to save the bed for a Virginia ag resident.

Their will not be any beds ,they will not be open.Closed out of business.

Most alfs do not even accept ag at the seroiusly underpaid $37.00 per day.

I wish I had a choice not to accept ag.

Not much real thought at all given to this regulation.

Just a bunch of people never been in a alf in a room rubber stamping regulations.

Oh yea I do supply jobs for 40 employees and care for 100 residents .Does that matter?

Hopefully I can get to the point.

Their continues to be a strong demand for private pay in assisted living.

I hope I can get to the point to choose between ag and private pay.

I will not accept Virginia auxiliary grant.

Your ag program is well protected.

Any more new laws or regs you can dream up?
