Why would state certified educators go back to the classroom when the Democrats have destroyed our schools. They don’t care about the safety and security of our children using DEI, SEL and one-sided curriculum. Our children are not safe in schools in the locker rooms and bathrooms. Even the metal detectors have failed to prevent students from being safe. Democrat Mcculiff endorsed schools not being transparent with parents about their children. Democrat Northam’s tyrant of forced lockdowns, masking, and vaccinations. Overall, schools excuse students behaviors by giving them an IEP, lowering the standards, and can’t fail. Schools code of conduct is not followed, teachers are not supported and blamed for following the school system’s guidelines. Speak up to the truth and the teachers are in trouble. “Social justice” enables students and later in life result in more problems. The equity lessons create more division and discrimination instead of unity. School teachers are unable to fail the students and homework is not assignment. Students can play games and watch movies on their laptops, phones, and wear headphones in the school even though the policy has banned them. Taxpayers pay for these public laptops and iPads.
Teachers don’t need more divisive rhetoric modules on DEI, equity, training. Many Teachers are not licensed counselors and they must never take the place of the parental responsibility. Teachers deserve to teach their qualified subject matter.
Schools need to stop the propaganda and push political ideology on our children. Less technology and more critical thinking skills. Technology is not necessary for our elementary and middle school students. Bring back core subjects and use handson activities. Bring back handheld textbooks, reading books, paper notebooks and pen. It was never about the money! Money doesn’t replace hard work, consistency high standards and expectations, and the family.
