I believe you should maintain the background check for Assisted Living Facilities and Adult Care.  Assisted Living homes and Day Care for the Elderly are continuing to be available for seniors in record numbers because of the baby boomers aging.  Don't you think the state owes it to their senior citizens to protect them in some way from those who may be in business to harm them or take advantage of them.

We are in agreement with this initiative... how can we entrust our elderly to workers without the proper checks in place? It's time we end this.
