tarjeta de privilegio de conducir

Pienso que es importante una tarjeta de conducir nos beneficiamos y tambien el condado no deberia ser negado claro con restricciones en la que estoy de acuerdo pues entendemos que seria un privilegio obtener la tarjeta de conducir. Tomando en cuenta que podemos movernos con nuestra familia y de alguna manera manejar seguros.
