As a citizen and business person in Virginia, I am opposed to the proposed revisions which, if enacted, would hinder our ability to continue to do business in the Commonwealth.  These well intended regulations would not accomplish the worthy goal of improving the health of the Bay and would have many negative unintended consequences, such as guaranteeing increased sprawl.  I fully support the positions previously outlined by the Homebuilders Association of Virginia.  An economic study should be done that addresses all costs.  Vesting/grandfathering of existing projects should be included.
