As proposed this seems to another case of using a bazooka to kill a mosquito . It is obvious that if enacted people will continue to chew up more land in order to build homes . It would seem that this set of regs will serve to increase sprawl while at the same time devaluing the property owned by rural taxpayers.
Please stop this as proposed there has to be more of a common sense solution.
