I am a concerned citizen and Virginia resident who has seen the effects of polluted waters in the James river. We need to better protect our headwaters and upper rivers from any pollution that hurts our envirnment or injures our aquatic wildlife. I am in favor of regulating and monitoring  the pollution in order to correct these issues.
